Incorrect Manfred, slightly loose use of accentual metre ...if it is read in the usual rhythm of contemporary speech When I read the contemporary examples of metrical writing, I find that metre does not need to be rigidly symmetrical.
Mind, find and behind are full rhymes, and itch, reach and scratching make the poetic device of assonance.
