The Ribbon's Tale
The ribbon flow
described on white
ignites
inflames
a heart to ponder greater things.
And so it is,
the ribbon makers make the dreams.
The scribbled flow
on parchment bare
delights
it screams
the passion that a lover brings.
And so it is,
the art of love on scribbled reams.
The will to know
the writer's thrust
invites
and claims
the fertile minds left beckoning.
For so it is,
the void is filled by renderings.
The afterglow,
the sated lust.
A taste
so sweet,
a heart that's left to softly beat.
And slow it is,
the ribbon woven tale's complete.
