I'm not able to access the birthday greetings forum but, where there's a will .........

Hey there Marty,
another one down.
It’s getting’ to be a worry
how often they come around.
But there’s no way of stopping them.
You can’t ignore the date.
And they’re better than the alternative,
so have a good one mate.
