Thank you both for the congratulations. I didn't think I had any left in the comp as I stopped submitting a few weeks back - so I'll have to go onto the ABPA website to see which poem it is. Congrats to you too Bob.
The whole competition certainly is a great idea and does so much to promote our wonderful art form.

I have tried in vain to get our local stations to do something like it but to no avail at the moment
Perhaps when Beef Australia comes around again in stead of a written comp ???
Congrats Brenda.

I just checked her blog and Fiona hasn't put up this weeks poems yet. Great to see Kelly Dixon winning the previous week.
What they do, Brenda (or did last year) - if you send in a few they filter them out over the weeks so you don't have your poems competing against each other. Was the title of yours Closure?

Thanks Marty. Fiona has contacted me and it was 'Closure' and it is a "very small battery" poem. As I have got 2 in the finals I hope I can get out of my performance commitments here in The Towers and head up for the awards - it only seems fair to the organisers for me to do so. So we might meet up there which would be really great.
Cheers
