2013 Toolangi C. J. Dennis Poetry Competition/Festival

Entries are now open for the 2013 Toolangi C. J. Dennis Poetry Competition.

Entries close on 7th September (C. J. Dennis' birthday).
The festival itself - including the presentation ceremony for the written competition - will be held one week later than usual this year, on the last weekend of October (26th - 27th).
This year also, for the first time, we will be holding a show on the Saturday evening, with Ted Egan, the Patron of the C. J. Dennis Society, as our special (and honoured) guest performer. If the weather is fine, the show will be held outdoors at the beautiful "Singing Gardens" (former home of C. J. Dennis). If not, we will retire to the nearby C. J. Dennis Hall.
