Did you know the MOON (not Marty's avatar) is the closest to the earth tonight than it has been for um um a bloomin long time any way, best time to view is 2 am western standard time.

This is such a welcome relief from all the bloody hoo-ha that's seemed to dominate many discussions re our craft of late. While there's a time & place for 'honing' our skills, events such as these are critical to our craft's survival, & indeed to our common desire to share & enjoy our passion.
(I've doubtless earned myself the tag of 'bloody old school m'aam' with my eagerness to help those who ask. But I do so miss the wonderful camaraderie of sitting 'round that campfire with a mob of blarney stone kissers.) Goodonya Martboy!!
I think I'll sell this joint & go buy a camper van.
