The Big Avoca Do Victoria

On Sat night 26th, Avoca Vic. Held their first Big Avoca Do. Organized by Col Driscoll, a mixture of poetry , folk and country music bought in a sold out crowd to enjoy such artists as Maria Forde. Dennis O'Keefe, Grahaem Coats, Alby Hanson, Col and myself entertained through to 11.30pm with the crowd still wanting more,
! Carol took out the written section from Kathy Vallance on the theme'The Pyramees'. A great event which raised a significant donation towards flood relief. Now it will become an annual event and next years written comp details will be posted here on the forum. Congrats again to Col Driscoll for organizing a wonderful weekend.
