True Zondrae it certainly can make you feel small, the trick is not to feel insignificant, as we are all a super power in our own right.

Best regards Dave.

Ps
Kerry Bow recited your "In The Distance" at our muster last Friday night and did a good job too.
and giving all the accolades to Zondrae King writer of poetry books.

I find it very reassuring to feel small sometimes. Sure, it might suggest less power, but it also suggests less responsibility! That can't be all bad!

We had an outside dunny when I was a kid ... of course the blokes never sat for the 'upstanding bit. When Dad an I would go outside together, we'd look at the stars while connected to the Earth with our streams (blokes STILL look up in the inside dunnies). Dad would often say, before pointing out the constellations, "Behold the night, it hides the World but reveals a UNIVERSE!"

I believe the current lack of astronomical knowledge is directly proportional to the lack of outside dunnies ... :D

Reminds me of those famous lines from Monty Python.

Person 1) Your Majesty is like a stream of bat's piss!

Person 2) What he meant, Your Majesty, is that you stand out like an arc of gold when all around is dark!
