Neville right click on the title beneath the square box and then click onto Open link in new tab window and then hit save and it should download it onto your computer

I just click on the play arrow and it works but it does log me out of the site when i exit.

One thing Bill I find it very hard to hear your voice clearly so perhaps a slight lift in your volume might be better ?
