Prompts for Homework for week ending 19/08/13

Post by Maureen K Clifford » Mon Aug 05, 2013 11:50 am

There was some great submissions to the last prompts - thanks to all who participated and thanks to John too for his very kind help with Dot's poem. What a great bunch of people we have here on this site. One of the best sites around IMO. Feel very lucky to be a part of it.

So this week I have been wracking my brain to try and come up with something that we haven't covered before. We have been enjoying beautiful days here in my neck of the woods despite it being winter. I spent an hour chatting to the neighbours this morning as we were all putting our rubbish bins out - a little conclave on the footpath and me still in my PJ's and litlle yellow ducky dressing gown and Ugg boots - oh well, who cares - we righted the world in that hour    and the girls just sat quietly watching. Good well behaved dogs who got lots of praise when I eventually came back inside.

So maybe that can be the theme for the prompts - good neighbours. So lets see where these might take us... get writing and have some fun with them

Cheers

Maureen
