and it’s least another week before you’re pension’s in the mail.

your glasses ... and the buggers just are nowhere about.

and no matter how you try you can’t increase the flow rate.
Who you gonna call when you try with all your heart
but there‘s no way you can hold on to that baked beans ….

Who you gonna call when the anti-ageing creams
make no difference to the wrinkles and the creases and the seams.
And who you gonna call when the final bell chimes
and it’s time to take a stock of all your life and times

Who you gonna call when there’s no one left to call.
When the song is nearly ended and the snow begins to fall.
When far far behind you are the wild and glory days,
but the memories are veiled; just a gossamery haze

So you sit beside the fire in your favourite chair.
You try to conjure up the names all of those who used to care;
those who helped you dry your tears; those who helped you smile.

You breathe in very deeply. Your mind is now intent.
on conjuring up the images of those who came and went.

Good question - I was only wondering last night who I was gonna call if anything went haywire with these storms and came to the conclusion that I'd best just call myself. I have no idea who these poor buggers in the Phillipines are going to call - so many families split apart there.
