Thanks Heather,
Let this be a warning to everyone just how quick your life can change.
12 months ago I was tramping over miles of rough country each day,
now I doubt I could hobble 200 meters.
But I'm determined to beat this, even if it does take time.

On the bright side the rest of me still seems to be in pretty good shape.

It's funny just how much you miss a decent walk when suddenly you cant have one any more.

I'm forcing myself to have a short walk (hobble) most days now, pain or no pain - made about 200 yards yesterday.
