No worries Doc.
I just wrote it in a bit of a spur of the moment thing (which may be evident by the quality of the writing  ) I certainly didn't expect it to draw so much comment. It was after some friends and I watched Bathurst, there were drivers hugging and crying and carrying on and one of the blokes said it ought to be called the Kleenex cup. I do get a bit sick of all the bum patting and tears in the so called manly games of footy though. It is after all, only a job to these blokes, imagine what would happen if I cried every time I submitted an unsuccessful quote...struth! spare me please. ;) Even worse if I had to pat the customer on the bum when I won one....need any quotes for electrical Heather?.... :)
Yeah Matt, I have been a bit distracted lately, I have had a bit of a health issue over the last couple of months, not sickness but a fairly minor cut to the index finger on my left hand which got infected, then it got into the bone and I have had all sorts of dramas to go with that. Baxter pumps, picc lines, blood clots, self injecting blood thinners and so on, anyway, I am on the home stretch now I hope, although the finger might still have to come off yet!
Before that I have been doing a few stints in the Territory again, I have been working my old contract for the bloke who won it this time, so between that, work picking up here and knocking myself around, looks like even semi retirement is out the window for the time being. After spending a couple of weeks in hospital watching daytime TV, I doubt I could handle retirement anyway.... :D

Thanks to all who have commented.
