Did I get something past you Neville? You're slipping! Take the specified two minutes next time ;)

It could be that someone we all know who we lost too soon or too young; someone who we wish we'd said something to or done something with.

Slipping is what us oldies do so well.

I'm sure there would have been a pony trotting along behind somewhere Matt. Sadly that promise was made in the full knowledge that it could never be met in this life but it was a happy thought we shared. Gee now you've made me all teary.

And those who read between the lines will know how special she was to you Heather. She would have loved this.

Another beautiful poem Heather. Especially like these lines:

filled up those prints with bubbly foam...
and watched in awe the crimson dome

Of all the people I've known but never met, she's the one.

Well said, Heather.

Thanks Sue - I miss her so much.

Thanks once again Catherine.

Yep, Marty, she was very special and I know how much you like her poetry. I only wish I'd met her sooner but I'm grateful for the time I had. We nearly ran off the road driving between Yeppoon and Rocky one night because we were laughing so much.

Heather :)

I love that you all know who it is about without me having to spell it out. :D Thanks all. xx
