It really depends on the situation Maureen introduced species cause more damage then natural ones that is until the natural species work out how to combat them. eg foxes and don't mention the cane toad where I see that they are now captive feeding some of the small meat eating animals meat laced with a small amount of toad venom and it appears that they then pass the dislike of it onto their young.

Yeah I know what you mean Bob, there's a lot of dislike of cane toads in NSW, apparently they are an introduced species here.

Re: SUFFICIENT UNTO THE DAY
I'm not a fan of crows that's for sure - purely from a personal perspective, but I do have respect for what they do - what they were designed to do. They act as nature's undertaker, and they are scavengers and opportunistic, the same could be said I suppose of perente and eagles, wild pigs, dingoes and foxes and all the other animals that are carrion eaters - all coincidentally apart from the perente, species that man is trying to eradicate. I think the crows have even worked out how to kill the cane toads by flipping them on their back and attacking the belly area. So they are smart birds and they have long memories - the two I saved still come back to play with the furgirls on a fairly regular basis, bringing their partners with them and now none of them are scared by the dogs or me and are quite cheeky and demanding critters.
