G'day Terry, great stuff mate with your usual capture of the bush and what it's all about. Like Matt said, there always seems to something compassionate about your writing.
Just as an aside, Barry Moysey wrote the Slim Dusty song 'Where country is" I knew him quite well and I recently discovered he actually lives here in Port Lincoln now. I used to play the drums in a group, or trio really with him and another bloke...that was many, many years ago now though. I believe he drives a taxi here now, I must try and catch up with him at some stage.

Well done as usual mate.

Thanks Ross

I hadn't listened to Slim for a fair while, but found a disc of his after Bob mentioned it and have listened to it several times since; I like that song in particular.

How are you finding life near the sea these days mate; I did notice though that you have had a recent trip back out bush?

Cheers Terry

Really enjoyed this Terry - and I agree with all the other comments about the way you write with fellow-feeling.

Congratulations on your recent successes, most recently in the Kangaroo Valley written competition. Well done!

Cheers, Shelley

Speaking of successes, congratulations yourself, I have seen your name popping up all over the place, including a win at Mareeba.
Well done Shelley.
