G'day Bob

With regard to what women want in the perfect man, here's how C. J. Dennis's Bloke might have described him:

They want a master an' a slave, a hero an' a fool,
a lover, cook, an' odd-job man, a god 'oo's super-cool.
They want a devil an' a saint, a bloke wot's smooth but rough,
'oo's honest, smart, an' tender too...wiv lotsa foldin' stuff!

Then, of course, there's the question of what men want in the perfect woman. Anyone game to have a go?

Cheers
David

Sorry, Bill...I don't drink. You'll have to be more specific than that.

Irene, of course you're right. I should have known better! But maybe some are a little more perfect than others?

Beauty is in the eye of the beerholder!!!

When I divorced my ex said ( Funny thing was we never argued )

Now I thought that was a good thing ? But apparently it was not.

I spent 21 years in supermarkets and the best thing about the buisness was that nearly 80 percent of the employees and 90 percent of the shoppers were women. What other job could you have where you could meet 6000 women in a week.

Oh David C - when will you blokes realize that challenges should never be put out there

THE ALMOST PERFECT WOMEN

The perfect woman’s sweet and kind but has a touch of steel.
She’ll always try to give a little, bend but never kneel.
She’ll cater to her mans desires so long as it is mutual
and most, not all will desire kids and hope their wombs are fruitful.

They’ll help where ever help's required and give where e’er they can.
They'll fight like tigers for their kids, and also for their man.
They’ll have a sense of humour broad, they’ll have patience to spare
and though perhaps not perfect, for their family they’ll care.

They’ve always shoulders broad and wide to share with those in need
and compassionate and loving souls, and truth in word and deed.
They may perhaps have viper lips at times when they are riled
but taken overall I think you’ll find their tempers mild.

They have a great capacity for overlooking faults
and the odd indiscretion – but there is one thing I ought
to point out here – once is once too much, this fact I'm sure you know
and if you blokes should stray again then out the door you’ll go.

She may not be a looker in fact some are surely plain
but did you marry her for looks? Did you have more to gain?
A helpmate, workmate, lover, friend, child rearer, cook and nurse,
housekeeper, cleaner, chauffeur, mate – a bloke could do far worse.

And though they may in all things perhaps not quite perfect be,
one has to take the good and bad and weigh up equally
the qualities that you find fine – the worse versus the best.
Were she the perfect women Mate would you then pass the test?
