It's easy to not be Banjo or Henery.
That's a thing I've managed all my life.
But when I tried to be somebody else, not me,
That's the time I first ran into strife.

But 'strife' I've found is fine for writers on the line
'Tween having heaps and nothing much to say;
Whose colours start to fade; who cannot make the grade;
Who drift into a weary world of grey.

To try to be your 'un' is heaps of healthy fun;
It's just a harmless dodge, it's not a crime.
So, don't refuse to budge. Give yourself a gentle nudge...

Un-Me, what a thought! Would I like an Un-Me?
I don’t like myself much, so let’s try and see …
She might be more popular, outgoing and funner.
She might go to the gym, be a marathon runner.

But I wouldn’t like that, I’m unfit and chubby,
If Un-Me’s too sexy, she might steal my hubby!!!
Would Un-Me be skinnier? Or maybe more fatter?
Would Un-Me be smarter? Or mad as a hatter?

She’d have to be prettier, I’d bet you a quid,
cos I’ve been quite ugly, since just a young kid.
Un-Me might do makeup, and fingernail paint,
and hair-do’s and boob jobs (all that stuff makes me faint).

Un-Me might read Cosmo, but that’s not for me.
I’d rather read Horse Deals and write bush po-et-ry.
Un-Me mightn’t like verse, she’ll throw out my books!
And if she’s too “city”, she’ll chop all my chooks!

And my dogs! And my horses! They’d be sent to the pound –
they’d get packed into Chum cans, all shiny and round.
I don’t like that Un-Me! She’s spoilt, mean and mad,
so what about Un-Me-2? She can’t be as bad …

I like to drink Milo. Un-Me-2 might drink wine
(she might be an alco?) And where would she dine?
She’d probably eat Macca’s and KFC too,
not salad and veggies, like Me and I do.

She might be ginormous! Even bigger than me!
She’ll feed my sweet hubbie just chocolate for tea,
then cakes, lollies, takeaway, till poor hubbie pops!
Or she’ll spend all my money in Crazy Clarke shops.

And the grandkids – will she love them as much as I do?
Will she hug them, or scold them? I haven’t a clue.
Oh this is just tragic! Un-Me-2’s just as bad.
All the things that she’d change, would just make me sad.

I mightn’t be pretty, I mightn’t be smart.
I mightn’t be fit, but I have a big heart.
I like all the things that I have in my life,
I like being grandma, and mother and wife.

So take all the Un-Me’s and send them away,
Myself, I and Me are the best any day!
We mightn’t suit you, but we suit Me just fine
It’s time to shut up, so this is the last line …

She rantid and ravid. She never once wavid.
"He's surely exceeded his best!

"A chaotic scrampbell! How very un-Campbell!
She gasped with a flush to her breast.
"A strawberry jampbell! A jolly old trampbell!"
The judge, it would seem, was impressed.

I met a bloke un-Stephening
in Jabberwocky’s tulgey wood,
for there, in uffish thought, he stood.

“I’ve come,” quoth he, “to try and catch
that wicked wascal, Bandersnatch!
He’s run away with our un-Kym…
un-Neville’s chasing after him

with Hocus, Pocus, and the crew,
for that is what we poets do.
And when he’s caught, all snicker-snack,
we’ll gimble him and bring him back.

We’ll gyre him with the vorpal blade
to make some nice un-lemonade,
completely, neatly, sweetly flavid
with mashed up chunks of mimsy David.”

Marty, I know how far the Earth moved in the last year. Why can't somebody just tell me how far the Sun moved in the same period of time?

String theory or TOE (theory of everything)

String Theory Features

String theory is a work in progress, so trying to pin down exactly what the science is, or what its fundamental elements are, can be kind of tricky. The key string theory features include:

All objects in our universe are composed of vibrating filaments (strings) and membranes (branes) of energy.

String theory attempts to reconcile general relativity (gravity) with quantum physics.

A new connection (called supersymmetry) exists between two fundamentally different types of particles, bosons and fermions.

Several extra (usually unobservable) dimensions to the universe must exist.

There are also other possible string theory features, depending on what theories prove to have merit in the future. Possibilities include:

A landscape of string theory solutions, allowing for possible parallel universes.

The holographic principle, which states how information in a space can relate to information on the surface of that space.

The anthropic principle, which states that scientists can use the fact that humanity exists as an explanation for certain physical properties of our universe.

Our universe could be “stuck” on a brane, allowing for new interpretations of string theory.

Other principles or features, waiting to be discovered.
