Your razor wire sample works fine David. I think. If you mean would it be accepted as bush poetry in a performance, I think it would go OK. In one of those writing comps probably not, because I see a lot of the conditions stated as " consistent metre " which I assume means regular or a repeated unvarying pattern throughout. This small sample appears to have rhyme pattern but irregular metre, so probably would be considered not the accepted form.

I'm very pleased to announce that today I have been writing! But, there's a catch. OMG, it doesn't have rhyme or metre. Is it a poem or an incoherent romp with words? - who cares. I'm writing. That's all that matters...
