Oh Kym, it's been a long time since I read a poem that moved me as much as this, too long in fact, but you have just managed it. I'm not at all surprised that this 'fluked' first as you put it, but it was no fluke, just pure talent.

Thanks girls! It's bit of a saddy, hey? I notice no blokes are replying - either it's too much reading for the poor fellows, or they are too busy crying to type an answer!

WHAT A BEAUTY!!!!!! A wonderful piece of writing, Kym. I am so glad you are doing more recitals, as I said before, yours is a talent that beggs to be shared. Congratulations on your win, so deserving.
