Membership for 2013

Post by Brenda Joy » Fri Dec 14, 2012 5:24 pm

Just a business question.
With Kym ill, do we still send our membership subs to her address or do we send them to Tom as Secretary, or do we send them to the big boss.

easiest way is to make a direct debit using the bsb and account number that is shown in the membership application insert to the magazine. You can either do that online if you use internet banking or go to the CTBA and fill out a deposit slip using those details. Totally civilized, too easy and how I wish all poetry comps would use the same system.

No stamp or envelope required just make sure you put your details onto the deposit so that Mannie knows who it is from

Not rocket science either

Hi all, I'm still happy for things to come to me until a new Treasurer is sorted out. After that, I can still forward stuff anyway, I'm sure there will be heaps of mail coming through so not a problem. My address is:

24 Sneddon Road,
Limestone Creek. Qld. 4701.

Maureen is correct that direct deposit is quick and easy but PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SURNAME IS PUT AS A COMMENT WITH THE DEPOSIT. At this time of year, hundreds of deposits come in and if people don't put a name, there is just no way each one can be identified. It happens!

The membership form that was included with the magazine this month had a curious combination of both Manfred's and my addresses and info, but it doesn't matter, it will all get channelled through eventually!

If you need to email me with any queries, send a message through to treasurer@abpa.org.au.

Thanks everyone,

Kym.
