PROMPTS FOR HOMEWORK WEEK ENDING 2/9/13

Post by Maureen K Clifford » Mon Aug 19, 2013 7:55 pm

We have been having unseasonable warm weather here in SE Qld - the middle of winter and the temperatures have been hitting 27 degrees - the trees are confused, they think it is spring already...the fear is of course that when the temperatures plummet again and we get the frosts all the new growth is going to burn. I sometimes think that love affairs are a bit like that, we blossom and put out new shoots and turn our faces towards the new sun in our life only to find that the reception has now turned frosty.

The last fortnights prompts led in some very varied directions so lets see what you can do with these - taken from some of my favourite songs - I might be giving too much away here

Prompts

You are always on my mind

blue eyes

devil woman

lights on the hill

memories

no one is there

Go to it people

Cheers

I may not always succeed in making a difference, but I will go to my grave knowing I at least tried.
