Rarified ground you walk, Rosscoe . . from the only regular ABPA forum contributor from the "Terror-tree" to the only one from SA (I fink
)
Enjoy your transition, enjoy the roadtrip and, of course . . enjoy the fishin'
Cheers, Marty

Enjoy Ross - Port Lincoln won't know what it is letting itself in for with a versifying gentleman like yourself taken up residence. in town.
As one door closes another opens - how exciting for you all. All the best

G'day Ross,
Looking forward to book two. (I have your first thank you). I bet you will miss the Alice. (but not in summer). If you think you are retiring, and will have lots of spare time (ha). You will find you are busier than ever.
Good luck for your future. I will be watching for new poems on the scene around your new neighbourhood.

Thank you for your good wishes all, although I intend to semi retire, I still know that the thing I will find the hardest will be saying NO!...
We will still be working but hopefully not so hard, and yes Zondrae, I am under no misconception that life will get less busy, I am just hoping the busy is more of the stuff I want to do rather than have to do...
Talk to you all again in a couple of weeks or so!

I just noticed that Port Lincoln is reputed to have the most millionaires per capita in Australia - if you're still planning to work Rossco I guess you're not one of them

You do know that they actually have grass there that grows and you have to mow Ross
Good Luck Mate.
I semi retired about four years ago but only lasted two months. I also moved to the coast so I could do more fishing but I'm so bloody busy now that I never get to go.
