Interesting Maureen. I think he's more a ballet star in the making than a maestro, he's dancing to the music not conducting.
My old music teacher had a low opinion of conductors, he used to say to me " the orchestra can do the concert without the conductor but the conductor can't do the concert without the orchestra " How very true.
