Well you never know what is gonna happen when you head off to work.
A visitor advised me that an injured bird was on his patio / I headed off expecting a fig bird or such have had heaps in the last few weeks and low and behold here is a beautiful Sea Eagle chick fresh out of the nest.
Now the nest is right up the top of a Norfolk Pine so no way I was going to get it back up there even thought mum was circling high in the sky. The butcher birds and magpies were giving it curry so I contacted the local raptor carer and away he went hopefully to be returned when it can fly.
Just made the day after clearing a sewerage blockage earlier.

Fantastic, majestic birds Bob, though head doesn't look very "eaglish" in the pic? Maybe he/she has (understandably) pulled it in.
