Spelling Police on Patrol!

Post by Shelley Hansen » Sat Nov 14, 2015 8:44 am

Just couldn't resist sharing this one, seen in a local "for sale" advert ....

Technology has certainly become advanced - not only clean clothes, but carillon!

Or it could be that bloke Simpson - ringer from out west - who is using his impressive muscle power as a man sized washing machine - guaranteed to delight any woman ;)

Well, thanks for that Bill ... I think!!!

I definitely remember Simpson Wringer Washing Machines ... but I can't say I've seen any "Ringers" - unless its the type Maureen is referring to ;)

See ... I am as old as I look, after all! :o

Ah glad to see the difference in what spelling makes when both words are said the same.

yup written English was my only subject I never passed in it at all my exams but still managed to have an average of 74% for my 6 years at tech school
