Now here's a problem have to have a glucose tolerance test in the morning so can only drink water from now on till 8 in the morning. Bloody lucky I knocked back those rums earlier. reckon I'll be a bit grumpy by nights end

The problem is that I tend to graze all night but now had to have my last food at 8 o'clock so will be raven ravie ravin oh bugger it. Will be bloody hungry by morning.

Thay have been telling me my sugar is elivated ( borderline ) for the last four years and last time the doctor sent me to a consultant to look at my diet. She said I was very fit for a man of my age and that my diet was ok.

So go figure ???
