I DRIVE

I drive a truck for work,
It’s so slow I have to lurk,
To the left, going berserk,
As I grind the gear to roll.

I ride a bike for health,
Like a lummox void of stealth,
Shifting out of twelfth,
As I bounce back off a pole.

I drive a car each day,
To my truck and cycle way,
And I honestly just pray,
To each day meet my goal.

To willingly just strive,
For laughter whilst alive,
And to ever slowly drive,
You round the mental knoll.

Aahh Adam, you've got Neville checking his dictionary, well done, although I'm pretty sure Neville knew exactly what lummox meant, he was just curious about where it came from, and now he knows, or doesn't know as the case may be - unknown origins.
