Andy Goldsworthy has done some amazing things with walls - not straight lines at all ! - worth a google.

I watched a doco where he was trying to participate in building the wall that he envisaged with a group of stone wall builders, he fancied himself as a master of stone - and they kept removing his stones and replacing them - such was their craftmanship - so it was his job to envisage, their job to build...

I've long been an admirer of stone walls (and stone work in general) - there's a stone wall not far from here that I admire when I walk past. Andy's walls are a beautiful piece of art.
