WHY I LOVE YOU

You are clearly blessed with beauty, you are pleasing to the eye
To say there's none more beautiful, would clearly be a lie
There are movie stars and TV stars and models to behold
Though I'd never choose to share my life with them, if truth be told

You are kind and you are generous, but that is not quite it
There are many women out there who that bill would clearly fit
You keep the house and pay the bills, and take care of the clan
For which I am so grateful, making me one lucky man.

The real reason I love you is you are the only one
Who knows how I can disappoint, but you don't choose to run
You accept me with my failings, as I do you with yours
Though you know I'm bound to let you down, you forgive me all my flaws.
