Beef Australia Poetry Competition

Post by Bob Pacey » Mon Jan 23, 2012 8:21 am

Well planning is well under way for a successful Beef Expo in Rockhampton from the 7th to the 12 th of May.

Visit the Beef Australia web site for a full programme of Entertainment and other activities.

We are also running a Written Bush Poety Competition and this is being organised by Event Coordinator Ashla Doherty.

I have attached a copy of the entry form and would encourage all members to support this event.

I will get Manfred to add the function into the Events Calender when he returns from Tamworth.

Should you need ay more information please do not hesitate to contact myself, John Major or Ashla

Cheers Bob Pacey

Just a question Bob, excuse my ignorance if this is a silly question,

I couldn't see it in the fine print. Are they expecting a poem on the theme of the cattle/beef industry, I assume that they would.

G/day Bob,
I've got a couple of poems about dead cows, I wonder how they'd mate.
