Huge congratulations Terry, mate I seem to recall when you were 'tinkering' with this one, polished up very well. :D :D

Thanks David,
I left it for a couple of years, then recently bit the bullet, and made the changes that were necessary, but hopefully left the poem much as it was originally written.

cheers Terry

G'day Terry,
A lovely poem and as a winner of the Charlee Marshall it is eligible to go into the 'Poetry Section' of the ABPA site for present and future preservation.
I'm trying to upgrade this site and know that you have won quite a few major competitions. Can you email me halenda@live.com.au so that we can start individual proceedings towards getting your works 'emortalized'.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks Brenda,
Sorry it's taken so long to reply, we're on holidays at the moment up in the high country of the Snowy Mountains and time just seem to get away from me and I only pop into the site briefly now and again at the moment.
Could you send me a private message of how I can contact you directly.

Cheers Terry
