Can you buy dogs from the pound online, Maureen? I didn't know that.

...wondered about that myself Doc, still, seems there is not too much you can't buy online these days!

Now you ladies...well Maureen in particular, will be happy to know that we picked William up from the vet this arvo, apart from being a couple of stone lighter....(not unlike my wallet!)... which is a worry for a pup that only started at less then one stone.. ..he is fine and still well and truly alive, I mourn for whoever lost their puppy this morning!......I believe that was your doing Maureen... ;)

Carry on.....

I didn't say buy - I said LOOK

Poor old William - still he won't know the difference and if it helps prevent unwanted pups materializing all over the neighbourhood it is a good thing you have done Ross - wish everyone was as responsible.

You have a crowded house Marion :o but always room for more. I am down to just two dogs at the moment but the council draws the line on lambs and goats - don't know why as they are great ergonomic lawn mowers. My two wild crows still drop in occasionally for a game with the girls

I may not always succeed in making a difference, but I will go to my grave knowing I at least tried.

Every time a puppy loses his goolies an apostrophe dies. Isn't that right, Manfred?

I think it's very cruel for the council to draw lines on lambs and goats. Maybe the lambs and goats should start drawing lines on them. Yay! Lamb power!

Here I am Maureen, here I am. :) You need a bigger block - then you can have as many orphaned lambs and goats as you like. :)

Loved your poem Marion.

Heather :)
