‘Rainbow Reflections’
Rainbow reflections had covered the ground
but, they came alive with a happy sound,
for the foggy day had kept them inside -
something the fairies found hard to abide.
Being kept inside had not been their plan,
but once the storm broke, what a happy clan.
They looked up above at the purple sky
thankful the tempest had now passed them by.
The band struck a note. It was time to dance
and they all took park while they had the chance.
They skipped and jumped, twirled and glided around
glad to be filled with that magical sound.
Down the endless road how they danced and sang.
Their spirits were high; what a happy gang.
They zigzagged around here and everywhere
enjoying themselves with hardly a care.
Their excursion took them past rotting fruit;
the girls in dresses; the boys in a suit.
Their crystal chateau made a happy sound
while rainbow reflections covered the ground.

What a bright happy bunch of little ones you have magicked up here Jakki - just what is needed to chase the blues away on a cold day. Could double as an add for the Gay Mardi Gras.
Sorry
I actually love that.
