My Garden Homework.

Post by Bob Pacey » Sun Aug 03, 2014 2:06 pm

My gardens looking lovely the trees are bearing fruit
the chickens are all laying so fresh eggs are really beaut.
The parrots and the fig birds are feeding on the tray
the grass is looking lovely though it is a little grey.

I trimmed up all the hedges and mowed around the shed
the Hibiscus are all flowering in different shades of red.
I dug out all the nut grass and zapped the cobblers pegs
you can walk around the chicken coop and they don't scratch ya legs.

I'm really not a gardener but I like things to be neat
but when ya got kids that love their footy it can be quite a feat.
There is one thing that irks me though I'm peaceful sort of chap
The daily chore of walking round to pick up the dogs crap !
