That's my opinion ! you do not have to agree with it.


The penalty is there as a means to stop people committing the crime and if you still go ahead knowing what the penalty is then tough luck.

The laws of other countries vary from ours and irregardless of the circumstances that is their law and if you commit a crime there then you are judged by their laws.

I would try to help as much as I could of course but that is their law and my kids learnt from an early age that for every action there is a consequence and if you are not prepared to accept the consequence then do not do the action.

Pretty simple thinking you bet but that's view.
