Tamworth...?

This is very much a long shot, but is anyone driving from Sydney to Tamworth around Thursday 21st January??!!

Aw, thanks Bob that's sweet... I think I'm getting closer to getting there now - if these flights do come through I will try to book the train on the Thursday....

However, as of today coming back is more the issue as apparently the train is now being replaced with a coach and there are delays of up to 60 minutes....I have to get to Sydney airport that afternoon (Sunday 24th) in order to fly to NZ, so my last question for anyone out there is...

Is anyone driving back to Sydney FROM Tamworth on Sunday morning 24th who might have room for a bludger in the passenger seat...?!

Thank you Sue - I really appreciate the thought. I think I'll just be going back on the Saturday train now instead, as it is too risky to rely on it on 24th to catch my flight. That's OK though, as long as I get to a few poetry events I'll be very happy...
Hopefully I will see you there - it's about time I met a few fellow forum members in person!

You worked in a caravan park and you know how hard it is to get away at holiday time.
Flat out getting a couple of days off atm.
