Writing Workshop

Post by DollyDot » Sun Mar 11, 2012 6:22 pm

I'm not sure about this but here goes!
There once was a lassie named Sal
Who saw that her middle did swell.
Her mother found out
And gave her a clout
Sal thought that her life would be hell!

But Tim from next door made a claim
He knew that he was same
He gave her a ring
They wed in the Spring
And now have to pick out a name!

And after their girl came at last
They made a decision real fast
And called her Leanne
The name of the Gran
And now all the shame’s in the past!

Jack & Jill

There once was a fellow named Bill
Who loved to climb up the hill
Was taken aback
When he saw that Jack
Was kissing his lassie sweet Jill.

Help needed!

Cheers

Dolly

I don't think you need any help Dolly - they look really good. Was it some other kind of help you needed perhaps, changing a tyre, fixing a washer

They are being genuine Dot it is when they say "thank you for shareing "

That you should get concerned.

Not a lover of limericks but well done.
